Obtaining a Quote and Payment Options

Quotes

We strive to supply a quote within 24 hours of receipt of your request for services. Exceptions include US National Holidays and weekends. We will supply quotes and services on weekends for rush jobs with a fee increase dependant on services needed. Weekend email checks will occur once in the morning and at night (around 11am and 11pm US CST)

The quote is free and without obligation. As we are located in the United States all prices will be quoted in U.S. dollars unless your location is in Japan for which you can be billed in Japanese yen. JCB card users must be billed in dollars at this time.

You can submit your project or project outline to us via email or by Fax at at any time

If submitting just an outline please include an estimate word count and a sample representative of the text to be translated (about 250 words).

When submitting your project to us we prefer the following formats when possible:

• MS Word (.doc) and other Microsoft Office Applications including Office 2007

• Rich Text (.rtf)

• Text (.txt.)

• PDF

• OpenOffice (.sxw)

• Ichitaro (.jtd) & Hanako

• HTML files

• Photoshop (.psd)

• Corel Office X3 documents

• LaTeX's TeX format
  　

Files supplied in an editable text format will cost you less per word.

However depending on the project other formats may be necessary. If submitting a Japanese text document by fax, please make sure the font size is around 12pt as very fine Japanese text can easily become illegible when sent by fax. It might be necessary to enlarge the document.

Payment Options

Business Accounts:
All business accounts may use credit card, US bank check, money order, international postal money order, and PayPal. For small projects under $500, we would prefer pre-payment before delivery. For projects above that amount we would prefer pre-payment of half the cost and then grant Net 30 Terms for the rest of the payment. Invoices can be sent via email with a link to a secure site where you can make payment. Payment by credit card is faster and preferred. If you need another kind of payment schedule it can be arranged before your project begins.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and American Express. Checks will be processed by eCheck. Customers using a JCB Card must use this downloadable form when making payment. Your information can be entered on the form directly from Acrobat. Then please print and sign the form and fax to us at the phone number provided at the bottom of the form.
