Japan Shaken by a 7.0 quake on New Years Day
A 7.0 magnitude earthquake, at a depth of nearly 217 miles, was recorded off Japan’s southeastern Isu islands on Sunday, the US Geological Survey reported.
In central tokyo a magnitude 4(japanese scale) was registered and no Tsunami warning was issued. no immediate reports of injuries or damages
